Dennis Ojogho
Youth Organizer

Dennis Ojogho, a proud child of Nigerian immigrants, was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Dennis is passionate about helping to advance educational equity, criminal justice reform, and economic empowerment in South Los Angeles. He has previously served his community while working at the NAACP, the Legal Aid Society, and Chrysalis. Dennis graduated from Harvard College with a bachelor's degree in Government. He was also a member of The Harvard Crimson editorial board, where he wrote op-eds with a focus on social justice, politics, and race. He has also volunteered as a citizenship tutor, helping recent immigrants master American civics in order to pass the U.S. Naturalization Test. Dennis now works as a youth organizer in South Los Angeles. In his spare time, Dennis enjoys reading literature, playing basketball, and hanging out with his family.
